Bruno To Apologize To Michael Bolton?

Michael Bolton has demanded Bruno Tonioli publicly apologize for harsh comments he made about Bolton on Monday night's (Sep 27, ‘10) Dancing With The Stars.

Bruno ripped into Bolton afterhis performance with dance partner Chelsie Hightower, insisting it was the "worst jive" he had seen in 11 seasons of the show.

Bolton was visibly shaken up by the criticism and didn't even hang around to speak to the press after he was voted off the show on Tuesday night (Sep 28, ‘10).

And now he's demanding Bruno apologizes to him and Hightower.

He says, "To me, he let everybody down. I think he should apologise publicly and he should be reprimanded. "My mom was there, she flew in, she's 90 and she came to see a show and I thought she was really
gonna enjoy it and I just didn't expect that level of disrespect from
him".

But the show's producers insist they're not pressuring Bruno to say sorry. A statement reads, "Bruno's role as a judge is to give his honest opinions on the quality of the dances he's judging, which is what he did
in this case. While we respect the feelings of our celebritiesand our dancers,
we don't feel Bruno should be expected to apologize for doing his job".
