Lady Gaga Is In Mourning

Lady Gaga is in mourning following the death of her beloved grandfather on Friday (Sep 24, ‘10).

Lady Gaga jetted back to her native New York last week (ends-Sep26, ‘10) to visit 88-year-old Joseph Germanotta at the Lincoln Park nursing home in New Jersey on Wednesday
(Sep 22, ’10).

Joseph sadly passed away two days after his famous granddaughter's visit.

Lady Gaga previously spoke out about her grandfather's health troubles at a show in Nottingham, England earlier this year (‘10), telling the crowd, "Idon't always talk about my personal life but my
grandpa's sick. I'm really close with my grandpa and he's really sick and he's
in the States and my dad's with him. So I was, like, crying all day, really
sad. So I thought I would be honest and tell you that's what's going on... It's
been one of those tough things that my grandpa's too old to come to my
show".
