Demi Moore Donates $100,000 To a California Shelter

Demi Moore proved her generosity this holiday season by donating $100,000 to a California shelter that burned down in a devastating fire earlier this month (Dec, ‘09).

The Southwest Community Center in Santa Ana helped poor children and needy seniors until it was destroyed on December 15, ‘09 after a suspected electrical fault.

After learning about the tragedy, Moore wrote a cheque to the center, to help replace crates of food and gifts that were lost in the blaze.

A source tells Star magazine, "Demi whipped out her cheque book right away.”
