Alice In Wonderland looks set to break through the $1 billion barrier at the global box office.
The movie is their seventh project together and the first since Depp was Oscar nominated for Sweeney Todd back in 2008.
The movie has taken $667 at the global box office and a further $332 million at US and it stand on the verge of becoming just the sixth
movie to reach $1 billion.
And Alice In Wonderland would be joining some very prestigious company including Avatar, which became the biggest grossing movie of all time
earlier in the year and has now taken $2.7 billion.
It's also good news for 3D movie as, following in the footsteps of Avatar, Alice
in Wonderland would become the second 3D movie to break $1 billion.
Johnny Depp also makes a little bit of history as he is on the verge of having two movies that have achieved such a feat, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest being the other.
